For over 15 years I’ve watched global companies approach Japan with infinite resources — the product, the budget, the ambition — but don’t get results. Not because they were wrong about the market; they just didn’t build the trust it takes to succeed.

That’s the gap we close. I built Parthenon Japan to be the team that delivers a foreign brand’s message the way Japan actually wants — in the right rooms, in the right language, with relationships that took years to earn and are already in place.
